Research and development of development models of intervention in educational programs in Mumbai
• Design and develop program and project documentation for the NGO
• Development of documentation and administration systems to maintain documentation and monitory processes with the NGO
• Develop project proposals and reports
• Develop key processes and systems to manage the organizations administration and documentation processes.
• Training staff to carry out these administrative processes.
• Develop a monitory and evaluation systems to promote transparency and accountability within the organization.
• Develop or upgrade additional Marketing materials and promotional items needed by the organization.
