Reduce Reuse Recycle
The activities will be performed in Kendriya Vidyalaya. The activities will introduce the students of 3rd and 4th standards to the essential 3-R (Reduce Reuse Recycle). Three activities designed are- A. Plastic Bottle Pencil Stands - Volunteers will be cutting the bottles into two halves the two halves will be divided on the basis of their section; upper and lower. The students will paste the lower section on the desks after painting the lower sections. B. Lower Section Recycling - Volunteers with students will make hanging pots of plants from the lower section of the plastic bottles. Plants will be put in it and hung. C. Paper bags making - Now that we are supporting no plastic movement, it is extremely important to have alternatives hence we are making paper bags so we can carry our daily needs with supporting sustainability.
