Be a Super Hero...Be a Mentor

ACH-Bejobbed Foundation nurtures the talent of bright young students from 5th to 10th standard who are below the poverty threshold. They do this through mentorship & educational programs that help students to choose the right career path and thereby unfold their true potential. The students are selected from schools/coaching classes. 

Objective of Program
- To guide the students to choose the right career path.
- To help the students get Quality Education.
- To ensure that role models are created to guide the students for the betterment of the society.
- To guide students in education, personality development, hobbies/recreational activities.

Role of the mentor
- Mentor will have a telephonic conversation with the mentees twice to thrice a month.
- Mentors will guide them towards the right career path and how to approach it.
- Mentors should meet the mentees twice a year near the mentees home in Palghar or Satara.
- The mentors should be fluent in either Marathi or Hindi

Time Commitment: 2-3 hours per month 
Time Duration: One year
