A lot of the information about each of the beneficiaries is in files that are hand written and documented. These have to be digitized so that easy analysis is possible and also information is not lost. Key responsibility is to enter data on to the computer using Excel and other simple formats. This will help creating a repository of data on each of the beneficiaries for easy tracking.
