Community Marketing Lead (Google Adwords)

Position Summary: Develop, implement and analyze strategies for qualified user acquisition activities.

Qualification Required

Experience in Search Engine marketing and Google Adwords
Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
Adwords certification a plus.
Experience with Website analysis using a variety of tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.

Essential Responsibilities :

Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search as per our goal.
Launch new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance as per our goals.
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Other Requirements :

Accessibility to Computer/Laptop, Good network internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms in specific WhatsApp and Skype
Experience engaging with people with disabilities.
Experience in community engagement.
Excellent research skills, written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to work around different time zones
Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to take initiative, work individually or within team
High professional standards, including integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
