Project Background: IBTADA started with its mission to work with women and girl children of Mewat region in 1997 and continues to do so. In the last 20 years, Ibtada has reached over 50,000 households in 400 plus villages of 6 blocks in Alwar District, Rajasthan. They are looking for Hero's like you who can help IBTADA tell their stories in the form of a film/video Objectives: Shoot a video film capturing beneficiary stories and make teasers for promotion of work being carried by IBTADA. Make info-graphic videos (story telling covering the transformation journey) Delivarables: 1. Shoot beneficiary stories and make teasers for promotion 2. Make info-graphic videos (story telling covering the transformation journey) 3. Volunteer will shoot footage, in editing. Expected Learning: 1. Exposure to different initiatives towards 'Women Empowerment' 2. Opportunity to develop something out of the box 3. Leading and executing your own project 4. Honing your skills Essential Skills: 1. Must have knowledge in Video shooting. 2. Must have the ability to use different video cameras and other video recording tools. 3. Can do video editing and can put effects. 4. Creativity and passionate towards film and video editing 5. Patience and concentration. Must own the following: 1. Camera equipment (digital cameras, video recording cameras) 2.
