DISCUSSING PERSONAL HYGIENE WITH SENIOR CITIZENS

Project Background:  Personal hygiene is one of those terms that means different things to different people but everyone agrees it is important. The most obvious and important reason for good hygiene is maintaining physical health. As we age our immune system is not as robust as it once was and that means germs and viruses are more of an enemy than ever. 

Purpose: Seniors face a double whammy because they are more susceptible and become less capable over time.

Location: Day Care Centre: Dignity Foundation: Datta Tekdi, Anand Nagar, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai- 400060

Key responsibilities:
1. To make the Senior Citizens aware of the basic principles of personal hygiene
2. Encourage good personal hygiene care for the elderly 

Time Commitment:
Once or Twice a week- 2hours per session- From Tuesday to Saturday
 
Skills and Experience Required:


1. Knowledge about Personal Hygiene
2. Session should be either in Hindi or Marathi
