Review the HR Policies

Project Background:

In actuality, HR policies and procedures serve a number of purposes. They provide clear communication between the organization and their employees regarding their condition of employment. They form a basis for treating all employees fairly and equally. They are a set of guidelines for supervisors and managers.


1. To review the HR policies of the organisation

2. To review the KRAs/ KPAs of core team members of the organisation

Key responsibilities: 

 1. To help Srujna NGO review their HR policies and KRAs of the core team members.

Time Commitment: 

As per the Mutual understanding between the NGO and the volunteer.

Skills and Experience Required: 

1. One who has degree in HR 
2. One who knows has knowledge and experience of designing HR Policies
