Counsellor facilitator for Neptune Foundation

Purpose:

• Provide necessary counselling to the beneficiaries 
• Patients – Mental Hospital 
• HIV centre 

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize personal counselling sessions during which they interview clients to understand their challenges
•  Offer emotional assistance to the beneficiaries 
•  Proper recommendations and solutions by networking with other teams and ensuring that they are linked to appropriate support structures 
•  Motivate and help by empowering them	 

Impact:

• Improved access to many 
• Can adapt the services to meet the needs of target community
• Better management due to a more limited focus

Qualifications:

• Effective Communication Skills to interact with clients using clear and understandable language
• Analytical Skill - able to thoroughly evaluate patient's condition to determine suitable plan for treatment
• Interpersonal Skill: able to work collaboratively
• Compassionate and sensitive 

Location: Thane, Mumbai 

Time Commitment:
Two hours a day
