Bright Future provides youth from disadvantaged backgrounds with the skills they need to enter the workforce, through a 3-month programme focussed on English, IT, and Workplace Readiness. AFter the course the youth are placed in jobs in customer relations and sales. Over the years of working with youth we have discovered that individualised attention can help a young person gain much needed clarity on themselves and their goals, and grow exponentially in their career. The Maitri Programme aims to enrol young professionals from different walks of life to provide the students with the individualised attention they need to accelrate their personal and professional growth.
Bright Future will provide a curriculum framework to enable mentors to support the youth.
If you are above 25 years of age, have over 2 years of work experience, commit to 1 hour of mentorship every weekend for 6 months, and 4 group sessions, and if you are looking for an opportunity to support a young person, apply now to mentor a young person through the Maitri Programme.
