YOGA FOR A FIT INDIA
"YOGA ADDS YEARS TO YOUR LIFE AND LIFE TO YOUR YEARS" -ALAN FINGER Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. Yoga means to move towards an experiential reality where one knows the ultimate nature of the existence, the way it is made. The word 'Yoga' essentially means, 'that which brings you to reality'. Yoga is an art as well as a science. It is a science, because it offers practical methods for controlling body and mind, thereby making deep meditation possible. And it is an art, for unless it is practiced intuitively and sensitively it will yield only superficial results. Yoga is not a system of beliefs. iVolunteer invites you to join this workshop on YOGA as part of the Fit India Freedom Run.
