Host Anger Management Sessions
About the organisation: Oscar Foundation is a non-profit organization that uses football to help underprivileged children and youth to develop life skills, empowers them and instil the value of education in them.
Project Background: Ever since the pandemic, people have been struggling with adjusting to the current situation. Living through this pandemic has brough out a lot of frustration and anger. The stress and uncertainity people have been experiencing has led to the building of a lot of anger. OSCAR foundation wants to find ways to help their employees deal with this anger and frustration in a healthy manner. For this reason, the organisation is looking for a volunteer who can take anger management sessions with OSCAR Foundation's team.
Project Objective: To help find a way to deal with the anger and frustration of the employees in a healthy manner.
Volunteer Experience and Skills: A mental health professional who has some experience in Coping with stress and anger.
Time Duration: One session for 2 hours (Depends on the volunteers assesment of how many sessions would be required for the employees)
The time and date of the session can be fixed based on the volunteer' and organisation's availability.
