Conduct Online English Classes
About the Organisation: Dharma Bharathi Mission aims to contribute significantly towards reducing poverty, improving health facilities, increasing access to education and awareness, increasing availability of employment and income opportunities.
Project Background: Due to COVID the slum schools will not be able to open soon. This will highly impact the education of the children. The low income private schools are struggling and the parents of these children are unable to afford the fees of the schools. DMB wants to ensure that these kids do not lose out on their education.
To help them with this issue they are looking for volunteers who would be willing to help conduct English classes for the children.
Expectations from the volunteer:
1) We are looking for a committed volunteer who are comfortable with teaching Children.
2) They need to volunteer for the duration mentioned because the children get very used to the person teaching and their teaching style.
3) They need to be fluent in English.
Time Duration: 2-3 months
Time Commitment: 3 to 4 hours a week
Support to the volunteer: Curriculum will be provided by the NGO
