Diwali Celebration- Make Paper Bags and Spread Joy

Whether you live in an urban megacity or rural farmland, you surely see plastic bags blowing around anytime you leave the house. Plastic bags tend to disrupt the environment in a serious way. They get into the soil and slowly release toxic chemicals. They take thousands of years to decompose, with the unfortunate result being that land animals and sea creatures eat them often choking to death.

Let's celebrate this Diwali by making paper bags from old newspapers and customising them by adding a fruit, pack of biscuits, Diwali snacks, and a Diya which will light a house and make Diwali of the underprivileged a prosperous Diwali.

Join us on 30 October 2021 from 12:00 pm to 01:00 pm where you will be virtually taught to make paper bags.
