This category celebrates schools, colleges, universities, and youth-led institutions that have created meaningful and structured volunteering opportunities for their students between January 2024 to December 2024.

Evaluation criteria:
- Extent of student engagement in volunteering
- Support by the institution in enabling volunteering opportunities
- Program design, structure, and measurable impact
- Innovation in encouraging youth leadership through volunteering
Eligibility criteria:
- Institutions (schools, colleges, universities, and youth-led institutions) registered in India are eligible to apply
- Only volunteering efforts undertaken between January 2024 - December 2024 will be considered

Selection Process
Receiving applications and initial screening
The awards team will conduct an initial review of all entries submitted for the iVolunteer Awards.
Review by panel of experts
If your entry is selected, a panel of experts will review all applications and score them as per the evaluation criteria mentioned above.
Shortlisting finalists
The five profiles shortlisted by the panel of experts will be presented to the grand jury.
Winner selection by the grand jury
The grand jury, consisting of representatives from diverse backgrounds, will meet virtually to select the winners. The winners' names will be kept confidential by the awards committee.
Declaration of winners
The Leadership in Institutional Volunteering category winner will be revealed alongside other awardees at the iVolunteer Awards Ceremony.
