Now as intimated to you over our telephonic conversation that the said participant has requested for accessibility support from our end for being able to efficiently participate in the workshop. In her request application, she has stated that she needs someone to type whatever that is spoken during the program from voice to text. She would also be needing a facilitator who could help her participate in the discussion and understand other participants attending the Workshop. University is located at Shameerepet which is a little far from the Hyderabad city, local spoc has agreed to take care of conveyance and other such needs of the volunteer(s) who agree to help with this task.
