Evaluation criteria:
- Extent of employee engagement
- Support by the Company towards volunteering
- Program design and impact
- Initiative and innovation undertaken or success of initiative and innovation
Eligibility criteria:
- Organisations registered in India are eligible to apply for Leader in Volunteer Engagement
- Only volunteering efforts done from January 2023 - December 2023 will be considered
- Winners from the past two years are not eligible to apply

Selection Process
Receiving applications and initial screening
The awards team will conduct an initial review of all entries submitted for the iVolunteer Awards.
Review by panel of experts
If your entry is selected, a panel of experts will review all applications and score them as per the evaluation criteria mentioned above.
Shortlisting finalists
The five profiles shortlisted by the panel of experts, will be presented to the grand jury.
Winner selection by the grand jury
The grand jury, consisting of representatives from diverse backgrounds, will meet virtually to select the winners. The winners' names will be kept confidential by the awards committee.
Declarations of winners
The Leader in Employee Volunteering category winner will be revealed alongside other awardees at the iVolunteer Awards Ceremony.
