Internship at International School

Shikha Academy is an upcoming international school which aims to implement one of India’s first personalized learning models for students from less privileged sections of the society.  The school is funded by Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation. The admission team follows a standardized selection process for the enrollment of the students to school. The community intern will be the one who will work closely with the admission team, by mobilizing students for the school enrollment camps.

He/She will responsible to conduct regular community & door to door surveys, home visits, community meetings and informal discussions, to build rapport with the parents, share information about the school and convince them to enroll students for school.

Competency: Able to conduct independent home visits and survey in the urban slum communities.

Duration: 3 Months

Working Hours: 4 to 5 hours daily

Travel Cost will be reimbursed.
