About the Organization: SPECTRA is an organisation working for the community. The primary focus of SPECTRA is on the problems of the poor in the community and their struggle to obtain a life of justice and dignity. SPECTRA is working towards Child Rights, women empowerment, environment conservation, food security, sanitation, education, Rural livilihood to name a few. Purpose: - SPECTRA is doing some great work, however, their organisation's policy has not been reviewd and updated in a long time and they are looking for support. Key Responsibilities: - Review the Organisation's Policy - Discuss the neccessary changes with the organisation - Update the policy as per the current rules and regulations Time Commitment: - 4-8 hrs a week (Work from Home) Skills and Experience Required: - Exeperience in HR and organisation development - Patience to interact and communicate with ease - Comfortable in Hindi Langauage Location: Virtual Opportunity/Work from home
