Volunteer: Chief of Staff - Online

Position Summary: Develop operational cadence of ARISE Impact as an extension of the CEO - CoS

Qualification Required :

  • Existing Chief of Staff or EA or Management Consulting experience
  • Degree in Business / Communications / English or equivalent;
  • References required (background check with the employer will be conducted)
  • Be available for 2-hr Team call on weekends
  • Evidence of entrepreneurial spirit, with strong bias-to-action
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Act as an extension of the CEO and information funnel, filter, and facilitator
  • Acts as the communication arm for CEO with other Executives/staff in the organization, clients, or major stakeholders
  • Provides analysis, recommendations, and options to the CEO regarding high impact decisions
  • Facilitate special projects and ensures action items are executed
  • Participate in hiring and decision making for key positions

Other Requirements :

  • Accessibility to Computer/Laptop. Stable internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms (specifically WhatsApp and Skype)
  • Great interpersonal and persuasion skills - in-person and over the phone
  • Flexibility to work around different time zones
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative, work individually or within a team
  • Integrity and attention to detail
  • Open to learning hands-on and tackling challenges
