Data Collection (Literature Review)
DATA COLLECTION (Literature Review) - ARTSPARKS FOUNDATION
Minimum Time and Month Commitment: Six hours per week and three months
Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to assist in data collection through systematic review of literature, document annotated bibliographies, with additional citations for the research team to look at for further guidance on specific readings. Literature review will be conducted under the guidance and supervision of ArtSparks program team as well as Founder & Executive Director in support of specified studies aligned with ArtSparks’ research agenda.
Data Collection Methodologies - Mixed Method which includes literature reviews, interviews (In-depth/semi-structured), questionnaires, surveys, Focus Group Discussion(s).
Key Responsibilities:
(Included but not limited to)
- Conduct systematic literature reviews, write and submit annotated bibliographies, with additional citations
- Work with the main research team to develop search strategies and literature retrieval methods
- Conduct preliminary electronic database searches and systematic reviews
- Adhere to highest level of confidentiality and ethical principles in research
- Conduct all activities in adherence to established quality protocols, procedures, documentation standards and policies with includes meticulous attention to details
- Present/share findings to the team (raw data)
- Liaise with the ArtSparks program team
Education and Experience:
- Graduate or postgraduate or pursuing masters/doctorate (Education, Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology or Social Work Preferred)
- Prior experience in conducting and writing literature reviews preferred
Location: This role is for a virtual team with key stakeholders based in Bangalore.
