Help NGOs strategically through a Mini Whiteboard

We’re now looking for enthusiastic Volunteer and Pro bono to join us and help us for making strategic partnership & alliance with NGOs and corporate.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervising, guiding and developing direct reports, using performance management system;
2. Overseeing performance management, including providing support for development plans;
3. Making investments in developing a cohesive program team that works closely with other teams of EastSons using - shared leadership- and achieve impact.
4. Development and Effective Implementation of Corporate Engagement Strategies:
Corporate Fundraising and Partnership Development:
5. Identifying suitable corporate fundraising opportunities, raising funds required for EastSons programming needs for the future, and developing a robust partnership portfolio;
6. Leveraging and growing existing corporate partnerships;
7. Ensuring a robust, due-diligence process for strategically and methodically selecting corporate partners; Developing co-branded campaigns;
8. Following-up on leads generated by the Mission Management Team (MMT) and others;
9. Building relationship with corporates around areas in sync with EastSona Program Strategy and their interests;
10. Developing and periodically updating cultivation strategies for each corporate donor/ prospect;
11. Preparing presentations, reports and other necessary documents for donor and prospect engagement;
12. Engaging key organization leaders, as needed to fulfill the strategies developed;
Representing EastSons, to ensure the timely preparation and submission of all progress reports on corporate grants.
13. Monitoring & Evaluation.
14. Assessing progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
LOCATION: Virtually/Online or as per the mutual understanding between the NGO and the volunteer.
TIME DURATION: 4 Hour in a WEEK for 2 month
The Whiteboard initiative brings people with management skills together to work with organisations like a Board might. Organisations often need help across various aspects of their functioning from crafting a strategy to HR, a finance policy and plan to marketing and determining impact . This is specially true of smaller organisations that struggle to find resources to hire human resource to do some of these critical tasks .

The key element of the Whiteboard initiative is the value that the group dynamic will bring to the organisation. You will work with a group of others with diverse skill sets. As a group will engage with the organisation helping not just detail their key pain areas but also take the ownership for finding strategic solutions.

this initiative will help you a) hone your learning and skills in a challenging environment b) inspire leadership skills c) develop empathy and the ability to work with different types of people as well as peers.

You will be expected to work with your team to deliver outcomes to the NGO over a 2 month period . Your engagement will be facilitated by iVolunteer .

The needs of the NGO will be revalidated by you in your initial interactions with them.
