About the Organisation: 

Apni Shala works towards building social and emotional competencies among individuals so they can constructively engage with society and ​have a harmonious co-existence.

Role

Apni Shala is looking for Video Editors to help them create content for their Social Media and Fundraising Campaigns. They have various fun sessions with the children who they work with. They will provide the video footage from these session for editing. Volunteer will be responsible to put together the contents of these sessions and create a memorable video.  They will need to merge videos, add subtitles (translation will be given), and do basic audio editing for the video.

Skills required:

  • Basic experience in using video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video graphics, or any open-source ones)
  • People skills (read: being able to work with the videographer)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Proactive Communication on deliverables

Time Duration: 1-2 months

Time Commintment: 3-4 hours per week
