Develop Digital Marketing Strategy through a Mini Whiteboard.
The Whiteboard initiative brings people with management skills together to work with organisations like a Board might. Organisations often need help across various aspects of their functioning from crafting a strategy to HR, a finance policy and plan to marketing and determining impact . This is specially true of smaller organisations that struggle to find resources to hire human resource to do some of these critical tasks . The key element of the Whiteboard initiative is the value that the group dynamic will bring to the organisation. You will work with a group of others with diverse skill sets. As a group will engage with the organisation helping not just detail their key pain areas but also take the ownership for finding strategic solutions. this initiative will help you a) hone your learning and skills in a challenging environment b) inspire leadership skills c) develop empathy and the ability to work with different types of people as well as peers. You will be expected to work with your team to deliver outcomes to the NGO over a 2 month period . Your engagement will be facilitated by iVolunteer . The needs of the NGO will be revalidated by you in your initial interactions with them. We are looking for the volunteer who can review HR policy which has not been reviewd and updated in a long time and they are looking for volunteering support. EastSons Good Work Trust is looking for an volunteer who can create an integrated digital marketing strategy and implementation plan thus increasing their social media pressence. An Ideal Volunteer will: Develop the Digital Marketing Strategy. Develop SMART targets for the planned strategy. Create different channels to execute the developed strategy. Train the internal team to sustain the strategy and periodical review to adhere to the targets selected. Skills Required: Knowledge of Digital Marketing Social Media Marketing Creative and Analytical skills Requirements & Commitment: Commit to 3-5 hours on a weekly basis (more is certainly welcome!) Be personable, friendly, honest, ethical, able to follow directions. Additional Details: East Sons Good Works is a charitable trust committed to help underprivileged.
