Create a visions, mission and values document through a Mini Whiteboard.

The Whiteboard initiative brings people with management skills together to work with organisations like a Board might. Organisations often need help across various aspects of their functioning from crafting a strategy to HR, a finance policy and plan to marketing and determining impact . This is specially true of smaller organisations that struggle to find resources to hire human resource to do some of these critical tasks . The key element of the Whiteboard initiative is the value that the group dynamic will bring to the organisation. You will work with a group of others with diverse skill sets. As a group will engage with the organisation helping not just detail their key pain areas but also take the ownership for finding strategic solutions. this initiative will help you a) hone your learning and skills in a challenging environment b) inspire leadership skills c) develop empathy and the ability to work with different types of people as well as peers. You will be expected to work with your team to deliver outcomes to the NGO over a 2 month period . Your engagement will be facilitated by iVolunteer . The needs of the NGO will be revalidated by you in your initial interactions with them.  We are looking for the volunteer who can review HR policy which has not been reviewd and updated in a long time and they are looking for volunteering support.

Work Description:    
1.    Understand the cause NGO supports
2.    Content creation for the Annual Report 
3.    Designing of Annual Report and placement of the content
4.    Create taglines and talking points which the NGO should communicate clearly and concisely
5.    Recommendations on tailoring messaging for common communication channels – website, blog, social media pages

Document that articulates in a consistent voice key messages about the Organization’s identity, constituents, and mission and vision.

Prior experience for the job:
1.    Skills and Expertise needed Creative Thinker
2.    Good communication skills
3.    Brand development
4.    Analysis market research
5.    Develop market plans and align the plans to campaigns to position the branding.

Requirements & Commitment:
Commit to 3-5 hours on a weekly basis (more is certainly welcome!)
Location: Online / Work from Home 
Duration: 2 Months 
Be personable, friendly, honest, ethical, able to follow directions.

About the Organization: Tare Zameen Foundation is a non-profit organization registeredin the year 2018 in Delhi. Since, its inception the organizationhas been working for many causes like the upliftment of Children,Women, Aged and the Physically & Mentally challenged. It has been reaching out to the unprivileged and underprivileged children by providing them with the means of education and has shown the women folk the way to empowerment through employment. It also has been campaigning for the Save Girl Child programme through awareness generation. The organization also believes that a lot of diseases could be prevented through awareness programmes. Hence, it organizes Health Awareness Programmes on Cancer, Leprosy, HIV/AIDS & other critical diseases.
