Position Summary: To drive and execute effective donor communications with an aim to strengthen donor relations

Qualification Required : 

▪   Experience in donor/investor communications (required)

▪   Proficient in Email and Google Drive features including Google Sheets and Google Documents

▪   Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Microsoft Powerpoint,         Microsoft Excel, and Canva

▪   Fluent in written and spoken English

Essential Responsibilities :

▪   Prepare donor communication material including but not limited to donation acknowledgement & gratitude emails

▪   Managing donor database and keeping track of donor communications & donor responses; engaging in a timely manner

▪   Work collaboratively with the ARISE Impact internal teams to respond to donor queries in a timely manner

▪   Create and edit quarterly newsletters and Impact Stories for distribution to donor network through email and/or other virtual platforms 

Other Requirements :

▪   Accessibility to Computer/Laptop, Good network internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms in specific WhatsApp and Skype

▪   Must be an excellent communicator with ability to work in a virtual setting

▪   Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

▪   Must have passion for building and growing relationships

▪   High professional standards, including integrity, accuracy and attention to 

detail
