3+ Years Experienced Volunteer required for HR Associate

WHO CAN APPLY ?

1) Anyone above 20 years of age who can work physically as well as remotely depending on the work.

2) Someone who can imbibe our 18 page document and can check rest of the team member whether they are following it or not.

3) Honest and responsible people who want to learn something.

4) Responsible person who is capable of dealing all the issues regarding the NGO.

5) Effective communication skills and the ability to communicate issues and challenges with accuracy and concision in oral and written media

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY 

1) Understanding your role & task allotted to you carefully.

2) Reading and understanding all the rules and regulations of our organisation.

3) Do not disclose the matter and the issues raised by other team member.

4) Dealing the issues anonymously.

5) If found of doing data breach, comprimising data security then he/she will be removed.

6)HR Intern also sign confidentiality oath

TASK TO BE PERFORMED

1) Conducting Interviews and  explaining them about work & organisation

2) Talking to officials head of societies and college representatives for bringing volunteers.

3) Taking one on one session with all team memebers and seeing how the work is going

4) HR Intern will also lookout for members adherence to rules and can pass the warnings.

5)Monitoring all the work report and task tracker of all the team and immediately highlight any red flag to HR associate

6)HR Intern will be responsible for creating MOM for HR/one on one/ TL+ HR Meeting/ General body meeting

 REQUIREMENTS

1) Noida NCR candidates will be prefered but other experienced candidates can also apply.

2) We have only one position so apply fast.

Jaago Bharat is a non-profit organisation working since 2014 across Delhi NCR. We are working towards many environmental issues like waste management, water harvesting, Plastic recycling etc. We also have projects related to social welfare issues in which we conduct skill development programmes to uplift and empowers the unskilled & lesser privileged sections of our society. Recently, we started going to school to conduct an awareness session for students to make them aware of the importance of wetlands, natural resources, and wildlife. We have been recognized by many schools and our stories has been published in their school magazines. Our work related to waste management has been published in many newspapers & magazines and we also have won 2nd prize for our Wet Waste Composter on Divisional Innovation Exhibition, organised by Regional Science & Technology Centre, Ghaziabad.
