Menopause Awareness for Dignity & Wellbeing

We are looking for compassionate volunteers to conduct Menopause Awareness sessions for women from underserved communities, many of whom come from non-literate or less informed backgrounds.

Volunteers will help design simple, visual-based learning materials such as posters or presentations (with minimal text) so that Kannada-speaking participants can easily understand and relate to the information.

The goal of this initiative is to educate women about:

  • What menopause is and why it happens

  • Physical and emotional changes during menopause

  • Self-care practices and wellbeing

  • Ways to seek support and maintain health

✨ Volunteers will prepare the content and facilitate the session, interact directly with the women, and create a safe space for discussion and learning. Prior experience in health awareness or community engagement is an added advantage but not mandatory.

📍 Location: Ashwini Charitable Trust, Halasuru, Hermit Colony, Bengaluru
🕒 Timings: Flexible, based on volunteer availability
