Implementing innovative approaches, Ambi Kesh Kumar Mishra organised impactful events such as community meetings, education rallies, and awareness campaigns like Nukkad Natak to disseminate the importance of education to every household. His notable achievement lies in breaking barriers and reaching out to underprivileged children, inspiring them to pursue education despite adversities.

Hailing from a village government school background, she pursued higher education in Unnao and underwent an English-speaking course facilitated by the organisation. Anamika, currently pursuing a B.Ed, passionately works towards educating girls in her village, embodying the belief that empowering each girl contributes to the nation's progress.
Her role as a Team Balika member involves collaborating with stakeholders, conducting door-to-door visits, and motivating parents to enroll girls in school. Anamika's notable achievements include enrolling 45 girls, facilitating Camp Vidya for teaching children, and ensuring the smooth functioning of School Management Committee meetings. Her impact extends beyond numbers; she commands respect in her village, is a recognised figure in school functions, and has successfully raised awareness about girls' education.
Despite challenges, such as advocating for separate toilets for girls in the village school, Anamika navigates and resolves issues, emphasising the transformative power of education in her community.

Anamika Singh passionately dedicates her time to the global cause of educating girls, actively collaborating with EducateGirls NGO. Over the past two years, she has been at the forefront of the "Educate Girls" initiative, championing primary education in communities and villages. In the initial stages, she encountered girls who had never attended any formal schooling. Undeterred, Anamika organized special camps, introducing innovative teaching methods, and after rigorous training, conducted examinations.
Despite facing the challenge of convincing older learners who initially hesitated to join the camp regularly, Anamika persisted and successfully imparted basic literacy skills, witnessing a transformation in their lives.
During the "Corona Call" initiative, Anamika played a crucial role in distributing ration and raising awareness about health and child safety in the community. In rural and marginalized communities, Anamika worked towards making families economically and socially self-reliant through education, fostering independence.
Addressing the reluctance of some older learners, Anamika initiated adult education programs. Despite initial resistance, her consistent efforts resulted in the successful imparting of basic literacy skills, effectively breaking barriers in the community.

Her primary focus lies in the BLISS programme, where she imparts vocational skills to differently-abled young adults, aiming to integrate them into the workforce. Bharat Gourav Dash, a catalyst for change, finds the essence of community strength in the art of volunteering. Over the past 2.5 years, he dedicated himself to the Sattvic Soul Foundation, focusing on child education and bridging the gap in underprivileged tribal and rural areas.
As an education activist, his journey unfolded in the challenging terrains where children lacked interest and motivation for schooling. For 9 months, investing 15 hours weekly, he worked tirelessly, building trust and instilling a thirst for knowledge. The result: 30 children now attend school regularly, a transformation recognised with awards like the Best Volunteer Award from Army NCC 2023 and the Ganjam District Gaurav Award.
Bharat’s impact resonates in the transformed lives of these underprivileged children, now part of the mainstream. Facing challenges of trust and regularity, he delved into the root causes, creating positive and lasting change, proving that education is every child's birthright.

Kolati's passion extends to educating young school girls on menstrual hygiene, a focus that has touched the lives of approximately 250 students. As the founder of Project Hale since 2019, her role involves providing clean water to underserved communities through nanofiltration technology. This initiative is driven by the alarming statistic that 91 million out of 1.3 billion people in India lack access to clean drinking water. She was honored to receive recognition, such as the 'Karmaveer Chakra Award' in 2021 and the 'Best Student-led Initiative Award' from OP Jindal Global University in 2023. The impact of Project Hale is substantial, reaching over 600 families. Beyond distributing filters, they conduct awareness sessions on the importance of clean water, coupled with a yearly recycling drive for sustainability. Challenges, including fundraising and recycling efforts, were surmounted through the dedication of volunteers and fruitful collaborations. Over the past four years, his volunteering journey has ranged from senior medicine drives to fundraising for rural infrastructure. Recognising the potential for personal development in community service, he founded Mauka, a digital platform streamlining volunteering for NGOs and students. In his role as Mauka's founder, Parth led the creation of a user-friendly website and mobile app, simplifying the volunteer matching process. His achievements include receiving the "Young Achievers Award'' at the national/international level and the "Best Initiative Award" at school. Notably, he secured Letters of Recommendations from government bodies and various organisations for Mauka's impactful work. Mauka, initiated in June 2022 and digitised in January 2023, has connected over 1,100 students with 33+ NGOs, impacting 400 underprivileged children initially. He is also the founder of TeachSpeech, which aims to provide oratory and body language education to prisoners. Leading a team, he tailored the curriculum and strategies to address the unique needs of inmates. Despite challenges in convincing prison authorities and connecting with inmates initially, TeachSpeech successfully impacted 300 inmates in Jaipur Central Jail and 170 school children in Jaipur and Kolkata, addressing self-control issues and building confidence.

Ridha's role as the Vice President at Enactus involved leading the development of the flagship project, "Project Shrimati," which manufactures eco-friendly reusable sanitary napkins, addressing environmental and societal issues. Under her leadership, the team qualified among the top 4 teams in Global 1 Race 4 Oceans 2023. In 2023, VFS introduced Volunteering Time-off Policy so employees can get certain hours off in a year for volunteering – company-organised or self-pursued. The key volunteering initiative undertaken in 2022 – 2023 is ‘Give for Good’ where employees contribute their time through volunteering opportunities, organise donation drives (cash and in-kind) and fundraisers or participate in one to support local charities. The programme had a mix of activities from hands-on ones like beach clean-ups to fundraisers and donation drives where a core team of employees helped onboard the charities, rally employees in their location, sort and pack collected items, deliver the material to charities and help with documentation and backend processes. The initiative saw participation from 1,050+ employees participated with 2,200+ volunteering hours clocked.

The Bank undertakes an institutionalized and calendared approach to employee volunteering. In 2022 – 2023, the ‘All India Women Only Hackathon’ project was undertaken where young engineering graduates participated to find solutions to existing social problems. Volunteers closely engaged with the participants to provide technical mentoring to build a tech solution for the social problem. The second project undertaken was a work readiness module for skill development trainees. The Bank partners with NGOs across India to train the youth in market-oriented jobs. To support the trainees to gain meaningful employment YES Bank developed a work readiness module, in consultation with the partner NGOs where employees deliver these modules through virtual and in-person sessions in a calendared schedule. Through the year over 850 volunteers supported these initiatives clocking in over 1850 volunteering hours.
