Safe motherhood means ensuring that all women have access to the information and services they need to go safely through pregnancy and childbirth. It includes Education on safe motherhood. Prenatal care (care during pregnancy) and counseling with a focus on high-risk pregnancies. Promotion of maternal nutrition.

Good Deeds Day is an annual tradition of good deeds. All over the world, hundreds of thousands choose to volunteer and help others, putting into practice the simple idea that every single person can do something good, be it large or small, to improve the lives of others and positively change the world. As a part of the Good Deeds Day celebration, we will be going to one of the slum areas in Pune and will have a session On Safe Motherhood & after that, we will be giving them nutritions so that could help them to regain their energy.
