Prarthana Prateek Kaul
Prarthana Prateek Kaul is the Co-Founder of GiftAbled, an organisation that empowers people with disabilities and the underprivileged in India. With prior experience at IBM and iVolunteer, she has become a leading advocate for disability inclusion. Prarthana is a sought-after speaker and consultant, working with global corporations such as Google, Microsoft, Accenture,etc to foster diversity and inclusion. She has engaged over 25,000 volunteers and hundreds of non-profits through workshops on sign language, Braille, and employee engagement. Her awards include Social Entrepreneur of the Year (2015), Community Service Award (2017), Best Social Entrepreneur (2018), and Social Innovation Leadership Award (2021, 2023).She has also served on the board of non-profit entities and contributed as a life skills trainer for students in need.
Komal Arora
Komal Arora is a seasoned CSR professional with over 14 years of experience in the development sector, specialising in project management, employee volunteering, and internal communications. She holds a Master’s in Political Science from LSR Delhi and has contributed to the CSR & Sustainability functions at leading organisations such as Nestle, Pernod Ricard, and H&M Retail India. Komal’s expertise lies in crafting impactful CSR initiatives that foster community development and enhance organizational sustainability. Her extensive background reflects a deep commitment to social responsibility and driving positive change through corporate engagement and volunteering.
G. Ramasubramaniam
G. Ramasubramaniam is the Founder of Talent Quest for India (TQI), a volunteering movement that has engaged over 8,000 youth volunteers and impacted more than 50,000 students. With a background in engineering, process consulting, and CSR, he has collaborated with the Tamil Nadu School Education Department and holds a postgraduate degree in development studies. Ram has conducted 100+ workshops on career guidance, employability skills, and fostering a social entrepreneurial mindset. His prestigious accolades include the V Awards 2019 from UN Volunteers, the Kalam Awards 2020 from Kerala’s Education Minister, the REX KARAMVEER CHAKRA AWARD from iCongo and the UN, and recognition as one of the Top 12 Educators by the UN and 1M1B Foundation. Through his work, Ram continues to inspire young leaders and promote social change.
Sankara Mahalingam
Sankara Mahalingam has 25 years of experience, including 15 years leading and driving CSR and Volunteering programmes across Environment, Education, and Community Initiatives for large corporates. He is currently leading the Social Purpose programme globally for Firstsource, helping design and implement impactful CSR, employee volunteering, and impact sourcing initiatives. He previously worked at Cognizant, driving large-scale volunteering programmes and supporting Net Zero and Renewable Energy transition plans. Sankara founded Dreams Alive Non-Profit in 2008, focusing on Serving Humanity, Saving Earth, and Supporting Transformers. He has been invited by the United Nations to judge India's top 10 volunteers and is a respected speaker on CSR, employee volunteering, environmental sustainability, and corporate citizenship.

After taking a mental health sabbatical to explore healing through movement and stillness, she is now a yoga practitioner working at the intersection of Trauma healing, Yoga and Writing.
Sapna Gupta
Sapna is the Director of Scratch Content and the Author of Staged, a book on India's live entertainment industry. A passionate entrepreneur and Generative AI enthusiast, she was named ‘Creative Entrepreneur of the Year’ at the Women Entrepreneurship Conclave and Awards 2022. With over 15 years of experience in creating medium-agnostic communication, Sapna leads the award-winning start-up Scratch Content, where she has developed content strategies for leading global brands. She regularly conducts workshops on the impact of communication and the role of Generative AI. In addition, Sapna is deeply involved in social initiatives and sustainability, while also serving as a visiting faculty member at Whistling Woods.
Avula Shobana
Avula Shobana is a passionate volunteer teacher with two decades of experience, grounded in a philosophy of giving. Shobana's role extends beyond the classroom as she mentors new teachers, counsels parents, and collaborates on goal-setting. Her primary focus is the BLISS programme, where she teaches vocational skills to differently-abled young adults, aiming to integrate them into the workforce. The program's success is evidenced by the first batch's employment at a local bakery, showcasing their acquired skills. Shobana’s work not only provides skills but also challenges societal perceptions of differently-abled individuals, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

Sumit Chauhan is a seasoned CSR professional with over 15 years of experience in CSR, branding, and marketing across prominent organisations such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Parle Group, Macquarie Group India, FICCI, and Mphasis Ltd. At Mphasis, he leads CSR and foundation initiatives across Asia and globally. Previously, he was Vice President at RBL Bank, where he managed the CSR portfolio and flagship employee engagement initiatives. Sumit also spearheaded CSR WASH programmes at FICCI and served as CSR Country Lead at Macquarie Group, driving impactful projects. Rohit Agarwal is the Founder of Contree Foundation and the leader of the Rang De! Jaipur campaign, having engaged over 10,000 citizen volunteers in impactful community initiatives. With more than 10 years of experience in strategic management, communication, and project design and operations, he brings valuable expertise to his work. A post-graduate from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Rohit is committed to driving social change through volunteerism. Surendran
Suren is an accomplished professional with a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA), having spent eight years in the IT sector before transitioning to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). He currently oversees CSR initiatives for a leading corporate entity. Since 2011, Suren has spearheaded the impactful 'V The Volunteers' movement, engaging over 25,000 volunteers in activities supporting senior citizens, animal welfare, children's well-being, and good governance, contributing over 2 lakh hours of volunteering. Passionate about education and advocacy, he teaches students from low socio-economic backgrounds and offers scholarships to children of daily wage workers. Suren's dedication to animal welfare is evident in his rescue efforts, caring for 11 rescued cats at home.

Vaijayanti Bagwe is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in the development sector, specialising in operations management, strategy, planning, and documentation. She is driven by values of integrity, teamwork, and collaboration, with a deep passion for working with children. As the Associate Director – Volunteer Mobilisation and NGO Partnerships at Educate Girls, Vaijayanti is part of the Core Leadership team. Her role involves managing key stakeholders, including donors, 18,000+ community volunteers known as Team Balika, and NGO partners, playing a pivotal part in advancing the organisation’s mission of empowering girls through education.
Vishal Kumar
Vishal Kumar is the CEO of Waste Warriors Society, a non-profit focused on tackling the waste management crisis in the Indian Himalayan Region. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Materials Science and Technology from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Vishal has over eight years of experience in waste management. His career began at Saahas, where he contributed to state-level policies, and continued with Renew Oceans, focusing on ocean plastic pollution. At Waste Warriors, Vishal led the organisation through impressive growth, increasing both its team and revenue by 4x between 2020-2024. His leadership also brought international acclaim, with Waste Warriors receiving multiple prestigious grants and awards, including The Keeling Curve Prize 2023, recognising innovative solutions for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Antara Sarkar
Antara Sarkar is the Creator of Sunday Class, a free educational STEM school for underprivileged children. She is also the Co-Founder of The Pink Engine, the world’s first company to create 3D-printed realistic miniature models of Indian Railway trains. A graduate of BITS Pilani, Antara worked at J.P. Morgan before dedicating herself to social causes. With 18 years of volunteering experience, her passion for making a difference has shaped her journey. In recognition of her extraordinary contributions, she was awarded the Volunteer Hero 2022 at the iVolunteer Awards 2022, celebrating her dedication to education and social change.

Haresh Agrawal is a Corporate Affairs expert with over 14 years of experience in CSR governance, employee volunteering, and diversity & inclusion. Known for his strong focus on compliance, he manages CSR funds and leads risk management initiatives. As part of Standard Chartered’s Change Agent Batch 2023, Haresh has spearheaded impactful process improvements and his proposal, "SkillShare for Futuremakers", was selected for SC Venture in London, empowering underserved communities. Skilled in fundraising and partnership building, Haresh also advocates for an inclusive workplace. Deepam Yogi
Deepam Yogi is a strategic consultant, adventurer, and social advocate with a passion for creating positive change. With a strong belief in the importance of a good work environment, she co-founded Yellow Spark Solutions after transitioning into HR. Deepam has previously worked with Lintas Media Group, iVolunteer, and Social Access Communications, where she developed strategies, led teams, and drove cause-related campaigns. A strong advocate for sexual harassment prevention, she serves on PoSH committees and promotes gender-neutral awareness. Deepam is also a dedicated volunteer, avid yoga practitioner, environmental enthusiast, and leads treks and wildlife safaris through her initiative, Wild Ventures.
Siddhartha Iyer
Siddhartha Iyer is a Senior Manager in Corporate Social Responsibility at ASK Asset & Wealth Management and leads CSR initiatives at the ASK Foundation. With 17 years of experience, he specialises in designing impactful CSR programmes, with a focus on Rural Development, Environment, and Biodiversity Conservation. Siddhartha has been instrumental in expanding Employee Volunteering initiatives at CRISIL and has collaborated with organisations such as United Way of Mumbai and Magic Bus India Foundation. Ashutosh Sharma is an impact-driven CSR professional with 11 years of cross-sector experience in CSR, healthcare, and IT. He has an in-depth understanding of the CSR and employee volunteering lifecycle, including strategy, compliance, program design, and the monitoring and evaluation of programs. Ashutosh currently manages a diverse client portfolio at Give Grants, providing comprehensive CSR advisory services. His work covers a broad range of areas, including Education, Environment, Rights movements, Agriculture, and Disaster relief. Recognised for his exceptional contributions, he was awarded the iVolunteer's Volunteer Hero Award in 2013. Passionate about expanding the volunteer community, Selva continues to make a lasting impact both locally and globally.
Madhish Parikh
Madhish Parikh is a distinguished youth leader with a passion for social change and community welfare. He has received numerous accolades, including the IG Award from the President of India, the National Youth Award, and the Commonwealth Points of Light Award from the UK Government. Madhish has represented India at the UN Women Higher Education for Disarmament and Peace Forum in Vienna and was a finalist for the We Are Together award by the Russian Federation and UN Volunteers. As Founder of Elixir Foundation, Co-Founder of Invincible NGO, Youth Ambassador for Earth Day Network, and Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, he has created significant impact. His work as Program Coordinator for UNESCO’s World Heritage Volunteers – Let’s Heritage Program in India engaged over 300 global youth in heritage conservation and awareness.
