Andrea has been with Points of Light since 2015, currently working on the Networks and Capacity Building team, where she manages Global Affiliates and develops member engagement strategies. Previously, she was Associate Director of Partnerships at Hands On Atlanta, serving for nine years after relocating from Brazil. There, she worked as a professor and consultant for private and public universities. Andrea holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Small and Medium Businesses. Her diverse background combines academic and professional expertise, and she is dedicated to fostering impactful community partnerships. Andrea currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Daniel Morais Assunção
A social entrepreneur, Daniel supports and develops social projects that engage society in purposeful action to improve its environment. He founded Atados (www.atados.com.br), connecting 200,000 volunteers to 5,000 non-profits in Brazil, and Abraço Cultural (www.abracocultural.com.br), a language course where refugees teach in Brazil. With three years of experience in the financial market before launching Atados, he has been a finalist for the Schwab Foundation’s Social Entrepreneur Award and is a Responsible Leader of the BMW Foundation. Daniel is committed to empowering communities through volunteering and social initiatives, creating lasting positive change across Brazil.

Ashok is the Director of Human Resources at the Aditya Birla Group, with over 35 years of diverse HR experience across multiple sectors. Before joining the Aditya Birla Group nine years ago, he worked with companies such as Asian Paints, GE Capital, Tata AIG Insurance, and Vodafone India. A strong believer in talent and potential, Ashok focuses on creating opportunities for individuals to make a meaningful impact. "Making a difference" is his core belief and source of energy. He was honoured as Seasoned HR Professional by NHRDN in 2015 and CHRO of the Year at the Business World Excellence Awards in 2017.
Hannah Wojno
Hannah Wojno is the Director of the International Division at Ruach Tova, Israel's volunteer centre. She led the international expansion of Good Deeds Day in 2012, which has since become a global movement spanning over 100 countries and millions of people. Hannah oversees a global team focused on strengthening volunteering worldwide, driving initiatives that promote social good and community engagement across diverse regions. Her leadership continues to shape the global volunteer landscape, inspiring individuals and communities to make a positive impact through collective action and shared values of kindness and service.
Abhishek Gupta
With 23 years of experience across the development and corporate sectors, Abhishek has worked extensively to empower youth and underprivileged children. He served as Advisor to the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi on Skills Development and Higher Education and contributed to organisations like McKinsey Social Initiative, Basix Academy, and Hole-in-the-Wall Education. His journey began in the corporate sector, where he spent eight years with Oracle and Reliance, focusing on ERP, corporate finance, and accounts, before transitioning to the development sector in 2006. His work reflects a strong commitment to fostering social change and creating opportunities for youth empowerment.
Shrirang Dhavale
Shrirang Dhavale is the Cluster Head of the Social Services Cluster at Tata Sustainability Group, Tata Sons Pvt Limited. He leads the Tata group's disaster response initiatives, focusing on disaster risk reduction and peace-time response. Shrirang oversees one of the world’s largest corporate volunteering programmes and provides CSR advisory services to Tata companies. He was the Member Secretary of the Working Group that authored the ‘Tata BHR Guidelines.’ With over 25 years of experience, Shrirang has worked with Tata Motors and ActionAid International and has held various positions at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He holds an MA from TISS and attended IIMA’s Leadership Development Programme.
Prabhat Pani
Prabhat Pani is the Executive Director of the Centre for Innovation in Sustainable Development at SPJIMR, Mumbai, and was previously the Chairperson of the PGPDM program. From 2016 to 2022, he worked with Tata Trusts as Senior Advisor for Partnerships, having also served as Head of Partnerships. With over 30 years of leadership experience in FMCG, Telecom, and Hospitality, largely within the Tata Group, he brings extensive corporate expertise. Prabhat is a member of the Board of Governors at IIM-Sambalpur, a Trustee at Tata Power Community Development Trust and Everest Foundation, and part of the Governing Council of YES Foundation.
Swadesh Kumar Behera
Swadesh is the EVP and Chief People Officer at Titan Company Limited, overseeing the People and Administration function. A seasoned HR leader, he brings extensive experience in driving business results by designing and executing effective HR strategies. His expertise includes leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and talent growth. Swadesh has previously held leadership roles at multinational and Indian organizations such as Boston Scientific, Merck, Ranbaxy, Coca-Cola, and Tata Steel. He holds a Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from TISS, Mumbai, and in Sociology from the Central University of Hyderabad. Swadesh enjoys gardening and singing in his spare time.
Gaurav Shah
Gaurav Shah is the Co-Founder and Director of the Indian School of Development Management, with extensive experience in both the private sector and development space. He has worked in areas such as microfinance, health, impact investment, and education, primarily as a management consultant with organisations like P&G, American Express, Azim Premji Foundation, and Lok Capital. With over a decade of expertise in education across Pre-School, K-12, and Higher Education, Gaurav has contributed to both for-profit and not-for-profit social enterprises. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta (2003) and a B.E. and M.Sc. from BITS Pilani (2001).
