Instructions for completing the Application form
Dear Applicant, Welcome to the ‘Leader in Volunteer Engagement’ Application Form. This form will seek information about volunteer engagement in your organisaton and specific programs involving volunteers in from January 2022 - August 2023, Organisation profile, contact and communication details & Declaration. These are used to assess your application and to stay in touch with you.The form will be considered ready for submission and complete only when all the mandatory fields (marked *) are responded to.
Please do read through the instructions below carefully before you fill in the application form.
- Note that this form should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. We suggest you consider your responses well before submitting
- Read the 'Declaration' at the end carefully
- Kindly review the information you have entered for accuracy
- To strengthen your application, you may choose to upload images and/ or documents related to volunteering in your organisation. Please be ready with the files if you choose to share them.
- Once submitted your application cannot be edited. If one person/entity submits multiple application forms, then only the last complete application received last will be considered
- If any information is found misleading, iVolunteer Awards reserves the right to reject an application at any stage
