Conduct a Career Guidance Workshop!
Project Description: Career guidance is a comprehensive, developmental programme designed to assist individuals in making and implementing informed educational and occupational choices. If you are interested to conduct a career guidance session to different youths of OSCAR foundation, then do volunteer for the same. Title: Help choose a career to youths of OSCAR Foundation Purpose: Youths that belong to different age groups need a path of guidance to choose a career for them to enhance their lives professionally. Key Responsibilities: 1. Volunteer has to conduct a career guidance workshop to young boys and girls, to college going children or to youths who are in teaching profession. 2. Volunteer should help them understand different careers available to them and help them choose. 3. Volunteer must motivate youths to choose a right career path for themselves. Time Duration: Feasible according to the volunteers. Time Commitment: 2 hours per workshop Skills and Experience Required: 1. Volunteer must have good knowledge about different careers and opportunities available. 2. Volunteer must have good communication skills. About OSCAR Foundation: OSCAR Foundation works with children and youths from disadvantaged background, exposed to substance abuse, working as child labourers, victims of child marriage and school droopouts
