Help the elderly improve mental health and memory

Project Background:  
Exercising the mind to keep it active is as important as maintaining physical fitness and strength in older age.  Throughout our lives, our brain is responsible for keeping us happy, and, as we get older, mental health is often a major part of being able to live independently.

Purpose:
To ensure that the brain works as best as it can, the mind needs to be challenged every day.

Location:
Day Care Centre: Dignity Foundation: Datta Tekdi, Anand Nagar, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai- 400060

Key responsibilities:
  1. To use their best imagination to design games for the senior citizens
  2. Create happiness and reduce stress
Time Commitment:
Once or Twice a week- 2hours per day (from Tuesday to Saturday)

Skills and Experience Required:
  1. Good Communications skills: Hindi and Marathi
  2. Ability to deal with Senior Citizens
  3. Empathetic
