Training Workshops on Coral Draw and Photoshop

PROJECT BACKGROUND
Tiljala Shed is a grass root organization working for unprivileged and marginalized section of society especially the rag pickers by providing education and vocational training. The organisation works on various projects with a lot of human resource. They need strong HR policies placed for their organisation. The organizations HR policy has not been updated since 3 years. Their HR policy needs to be revamped and updated by professionals. Tiljala wants to train their beneficiaries in relevant skills. Something that will help with their livelihood in the future.

KEY PROJECT OBJECTIVES
To train the youth of Tiljala in Coral Draw and Photoshop. The Youth can then contribute to stronger documentation.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES
1) Develop a curriculum to train the youth in Corel Draw and Photoshop - this can include how to guides and videos from existing resources
2) if the existing and/or the developed guides are translated in Bengali this would be helpful
