About the Organisation: The Apni Shala Foundation engages children in social-emotional learning through fun and experiential school programmes that leverage the power of drama, games, films and art.
Project Background: Our organisation works in the field of promotive and preventive mental health of which Social Emotional Learning plays a huge role. We are striving to spread awareness on SEL (Social Emotional Learning) by which we can spread awareness on Mental Health as well. We want to deliver an online content on SEL which will help teachers, educators, faciliatators and social workers learn, understand and apply the concept.
We are working on a project which requires us to make Social Emotional Learning online content for teacher, who are teaching in schools located in Pune and Nashik. For the content that is created by us we require volunteers who would be willing to help us in creating illustrations for the same.
Key Responsibilities: Apni Shala is looking for volunteers who will be able to create illustrtions. He/she will be working along side with the content team.
Expected Learning: The volunteers will learn about SEL and will also be able to work ahead in the same area if they wish to.
Time Commitment : 3-4 hours depending on the work required to be done and completed. Till 13th July
