Prepare newsletter which will carry all the news for past two months. This newsletter will be sent to all donors, patrons and well wishers. It helps in keeping us transerent, update others and motivate people to work for the society. out social media timeline for past two months will give all the information, same needs to be put in a newsletter format which will be sent by email. News letter is from Jan to Feb release in March 1st week, , March to april released in May 1st week. May to June released in July 1st week and so on.
