About the organisation: Oscar Foundationis a non-profit organization that uses football to help underprivileged children and youth to develop life skills, empowers them and instil the value of education in them.
Project Background: The pandemic has been stressful for everyone. It has caused a lot of anxiety and has severly affected people's mental health. The current situatuion can feel overwhelming due to new information, long work hours, and caring for your family and yourself. To help their employees deal with this in a better, healthy manner, Oscar Foundation is looking for a volunteer who can help take sessions on self-care and best practices for good mental health amidst.
Project Objective: To help OSCAR Foundation's staff find ways to take care of their mental health amidst COVID.
Time Duration: One session for around 2 hours (The volunteer will need to get on a call with the organisation's SPOC to understand their requirements before designing the session)
