Time Management Sessions

About the organisation: Oscar Foundation is a non-profit organization that uses football to help underprivileged children and youth to develop life skills, empowers them and instil the value of education in them.

Project Background: Working during the pandemic has changed. Things we followed pre-COVID does not apply anymore. People are finding it difficult to manage thier time and life during Work From Home. They often feel like there is no cut-off time like there used to be once they left the office. But now since home is office its becoming difficult for people to understand the difference. OSCAR Foundation is therefore looking for a volunteer who can help their employees manage their time well during WFH. They want to help their employees maintain work-life balance during these times. 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • An extremely organised individual
  • Prefer experience in HR
  • Patience to interact and communicate at ease

Time Duration: One session for 1 hour. The volunteer will have to have a conversation with the NGO SPOC to get a deeper understanding of their requirements.
