eVidyaloka: Teach from Anywhere
The program aims to set up a digital infrastructure in the rural government school classroom to implement a grade-appropriate conceptual learning intervention for students predominantly for grades 5 to 10 depending on the school construct. The program is designed to support government school teachers to impart vital learning outcomes through an integrated learning program (scholastic + co-scholastic).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct online classes for students from remote government schools (Grades 5–10) in regional languages, covering subjects like English, Math, Science, Artificial Intelligence and Basic Computer Skills.
2. Monitor student participation and learning outcomes regularly, providing feedback and support to ensure consistent academic growth and motivation.
Volunteer must be:
1. Fluent in one of the regional languages (Reading/Writing/Speaking): Bengali, Hindi, Gujarathi, Assamese, Odiya, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu & Tamil.
2. Having Laptop/desktop with good quality webcam
3. Having good speed internet connection
4. Able to teach between Monday to Friday
Location: Virtual
Time Commitment: 2 hours in a week, 1 hour on each day
Duration: 1 term (15 –17 Weeks)
Number of Volunteers: 20 - 500
