eVidyaloka: Create to Educate
Looking for passionate volunteers who can create content for study material in regional languages, to provide an enriching learning experience to the children studying in Govt Schools. The study materials are prepared for academic subjects (Math, Science & Digital Literacy) and for the grades 5 – 8. These contents will help in giving a joyful learning practice to the kids in the Rural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create educational materials (presentations, worksheets, activities, videos) based on the
prescribed curriculum for Grades 5 to 8 in subjects like Math, Science, Digital Literacy, and
Spoken English.
2. Develop content that is simple, engaging, and age-appropriate, using visuals and examples
to help rural students easily understand and retain concepts.
3. Work collaboratively with the Academics team and fellow volunteers, incorporating
feedback to refine and finalize high-quality content for eVidyaloka’s digital repository.
Skills: Fluency in any of the regional languages (Reading/Writing):Hindi, Gujarathi, Assamese,
Kannada, Telugu or Tamil.
Time Commitment: 3 - 4 hours/ week
Number of Volunteers: 20 - 50

They bridge the education gap by leveraging technology, enabling volunteers to conduct live, interactive classes in regional languages for students in grades 5 to 8 (state board syllabus).
