Instructions for completing the Application form
Dear Applicant, Welcome to the ‘Volunteer Hero 2023' Application Form. This form will seek information about your - Primary Volunteer Assignment(s) undertaken from January 2022 to August 2023, Personal Details & Declaration. These are used to assess your application and to stay in touch with you. You may also choose to add Supporting Documents (if any) or add a link to a video below. The form will be considered ready for submission and complete only when all the mandatory fields (marked *) are responded to.
Please do read through the instructions below carefully before you fill in the application form.
- Note that this form should take about 20-30 minutes to complete. We suggest you consider your responses well before submitting
- Read the 'Declaration' at the end carefully
- Kindly review the information you have entered for accuracy
- To strengthen your application, you may choose to upload 1 certificates or recommendation letters (soft copy) and / or 1 image related to your volunteering assignment. Please be ready with the files if you choose to share them.
- You may also choose to add a video link to strenghten your application. This video should be recorded with clear sound in landscape (horizontal) format and in the video you should speak about what inspired you to start volunteering and what keeps you motivated to volunteer
- Once submitted your application cannot be edited. If one person/entity submits multiple application forms, then only the last complete application received last will be considered
- If any information is found misleading, iVolunteer Awards reserves the right to reject an application at any stage
