Madhukar Kumar
Madhukar is a catalyst who helps individuals design the life they want, and organizations develop the leaders they need. He first co-creates an enabling environment where individuals can explore their authentic selves. Next, he supports them express their version of a successful life and advance towards it. He draws from his journey of a diverse career and progressive self-awareness. He started his professional life in IT.
Later, he took a leap of faith and joined the social sector to manage a youth leadership programme. Here he had a front-row seat to human transformations. It rubbed off on him, and he realized he had not explored himself enough. He took a gap year to travel within, to search for spirituality and his purpose. It made him aware that he felt most lively when he helped individuals in achieving their dreams. This insight, a good understanding of human change, and his rollercoaster journey filled with anxiety and doubts encouraged him to be that catalyst who would have accelerated his journey. Academically, he holds an engineering degree from NIT Surathkal and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He is a certified NLP Practitioner and an ICF certified Coach.
Komal Arora
Komal is a quintessential CSR professional, with over 14 years of experience in the development sector and strong sector experience in project management, employee volunteering and internal communications.
Komal holds a Masters in Political Science from LSR Delhi and has worked with CSR & Sustainability functions of organizations like Nestle, Pernod Ricard and H&M Retail India.
Ramasubramaniam G
G. Ramasubramaniam is the Founder and Chief Listening officer of Talent Quest for India (TQI) – A volunteering movement that focuses on the holistic development of children and youth. He started TQI in 2010 when he was in 11th grade. With experience in running a youth volunteering movement for over a decade with no full-timers, coupled with his experience as an engineer, process consultant, CSR lead in a leading corporate, and consultant in the TN School education department in addition to a postgraduate degree in development, he has a blend of science, humanities and management skills to have a holistic view in education and skill development sector.

Neha Panchamiya
Neha Panchamiya is an animal rescue specialist and conservationist with over 15 years of experience in working with animals at grassroots level in Maharashtra. She is the Founder and President of RESQ, Pune whose rescue and rehabilitation work has provided direct aid to thousands of animals of over 200+ different species since 2007. She has completed her Masters of Medical Science from the University of Sheffield and executive education in Governing for NGO Excellence from Harvard Business School. A public speaker, writer and educator – her work focuses on coexistence between animals, and communities living in human-dominated landscapes. She drives her efforts to reduce negative interactions between humans and wildlife, develop and set standards in emergency animal services, community education initiatives, build capacity to raise captive wildlife welfare standards, and bridge gaps between public policy and its implementation in India.
Sidrah D Patel
Sidrah is a development professional. She worked with various non-profits in Operations, Partnerships and Communications roles.. After taking a mental health sabbatical to explore healing through movement and stillness, she is now a yoga practitioner working at the intersection of Trauma healing, Yoga and Writing.

Sumit Chauhan
Sumit is a Brand-led and a Compliance-Driven CSR Professional. He brings in over 15 years of rich experience in CSR, Branding & Marketing roles across organizations such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Parle Group, Macquarie Group India, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce, and Industry (FICCI) and most recently with RBL Bank. He is an experienced professional with key strengths in the areas CSR Policy, Project Management, Board Management, Employee Volunteering Management and CSR Communication.
At RBL Bank, he is Vice President and manages the CSR portfolio and flagship employee engagement initiatives. He is responsible for the CSR Strategy Execution, Communication and Key Partnerships. Previously at FICCI, he headed CSR WASH (water, sanitation & hygiene) initiatives at the ‘India Sanitation Coalition’ to supplement the national efforts in driving partnerships and potential new market outreach. He also served as CSR Country Lead at the Macquarie Group (MG) where he oversaw planning and executing CSR & Macquarie Group Foundation (MGF) programs in India.

Suren is an accomplished individual driven by a profound passion for service and armed with a diverse professional background. Holding a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA), Suren initially spent eight years in the IT industry before making a transformative shift towards Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Currently, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing CSR initiatives for a prominent corporate entity.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Suren has been an unwavering force in the realm of volunteering since 2011, spearheading the impactful movement 'V The Volunteers.' Committed to societal betterment, this movement actively engages in a spectrum of activities, from supporting Senior Citizens and advocating for Animal Welfare to nurturing Children's well-being and contributing to good Governance. Suren efficiently orchestrates these efforts, successfully coordinating volunteers and events that have garnered the participation of over 25,000 volunteers, contributing more than 2 lakh hours of volunteering.
On a personal front, Suren extends his impact by teaching students from low socio-economic backgrounds, offering scholarships to children of daily wage laborers, and actively promoting awareness about governance. His dedication to Animal Welfare is exemplified by the 11 rescued cats he cares for at home, serving as a testament to his compassion and unwavering commitment to creating a better world for all.

Sneha Arora
Sneha is the Chief Executive Officer at Atma and is leading the Fundraising, Governance and Communications verticals.
She has 14+ years of experience in the private and development sector. An MBA from the Indian School of Business, Sneha has held multiple positions across strategy consulting and corporate finance. She is deeply passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives through her work and is excited to drive this through the capacity building of NGOs at Atma.
She was selected as an Acumen Fellow in 2022. Before joining Atma, she worked at Boston Consulting Group’s Social Impact practice and has experience in supporting large-scale transformation projects in Education and Water with State governments in India. Sneha is an avid runner and has completed over 10 half marathons. She also loves reading, and baking and is a big TED fan.

Tasnim Motorwala is a seasoned professional in the Development Sector, with over 13 years of experience. She has contributed to organizations such as Concern India Foundation, Life Trust, Masoom, Population First, Tata Medical Center, and Salaam Bombay Foundation. Vishal Kumar
A visionary environmental leader, Vishal Kumar is the CEO of Waste Warriors, a non-profit organization dedicated to safeguarding the pristine Indian Himalayas from solid waste.
With an unwavering passion for solving the waste crisis, Kumar defied conventional career paths after graduating from the prestigious IIT-BHU to join Saahas Zero Waste wherein he was instrumental in setting up the e-waste vertical and drafting state-level waste management policy.
He joined Waste Warriors as the Chief Executive Officer in 2020 and under his leadership, the organization has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its operations to 11 locations and tripling its revenue and team size.

Antara Sarkar
Antara Sarkar is the Creator of Sunday Class - a free, educational STEM school for underprivileged children.
She is also the Co-Founder of The Pink Engine - the world’s first company to create 3D-printed realistic miniature models of Indian Railway trains.
Antara is a BITS Pilani graduate, and has worked in J.P.Morgan.
She started volunteering while in college and has been on this journey for the last 18 years.

Divya Jyoti Tirkey
Divya Jyoti Tirkey works with Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI), an associate organization of the Tata Trusts.
Divya has an M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from Boston College, Massachusetts and a P.G.D.R.D from XISS, Ranchi.
Through CINI, together with the team members she has been focusing on ensuring access to quality education to the children in rural areas.
Deepam Yogi
Deepam Yogi is an adventurer at heart, socially conscious in her gut and professionally a strategic consultant. She is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the field of marketing and specializes in Advertising, Media & Branding. She is a people person and a firm believer that everyone must work in a good work environment; and that companies owe this to their employees. This belief led her to transition to HR and she co-founded Yellow Spark Solutions. Deepam’s strength lies in bringing resources together (especially people) to provide unique, strategic and structured solutions to situations at hand. Her integrated marketing approach, ability to create inspiring content and passion for change is contagious.
She began her marketing & media career with Lintas Media Group where she worked closely with brands to develop strategic media solutions & innovations for her clients. After 5 years, Deepam moved on to lead the Marketing team of the only volunteer organisation in India - iVolunteer. After setting up the marketing team at iVolunteer, Deepam took over the operational responsibilities of setting up the Indian First Social Communication Agency - Social Access Communications in 2012. She continues to engage with cause-related communication campaigns and serves on the board of Social Access. In 2015, she co-founded a human resources consulting firm with a vision to support organisations to build workplaces that people love being a part of. In her capacity as a co-founder, Deepam concentrates on developing strategies for better people management and leads training on a variety of topics ranging from soft skills to business skills to management skills. In particular, the subject of preventing sexual harassment at workplaces (PoSH) is very close to her heart. Deepam is an external PoSH committee member in several other organisations as of the date and she believes that ‘sexual harassment’ is gender neutral and that creating awareness will empower individuals of all genders to prevent and support others experiencing sexual harassment at the workplace.
Committed to social change and an active volunteer herself, Deepam believes that each one of us can impact social change if we have the intent to start with ourselves. She is passionate about the environment and its conservation and runs a passion project ‘Wild Ventures’ where she leads treks, trails and wildlife safaris to bring people closer to nature so that they may feel inspired to protect it. If you don’t find her at her desk, she would probably be outdoors climbing a mountain, perhaps soaking in the forest or capturing the world around her through the tiny lens of her camera.
Siddhartha Iyer
Siddhartha Iyer comes with a rich experience of 16 years working in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability.
He has worked across campaigns, causes & projects pan India with both NGOs as well as corporates. His expertise includes conceptualising CSR programs that deploy management strengths and skill sets to deliver high impact, value driven social programmes. His expertise is Due Diligence, CSR, Volunteering and Monitoring & Evaluation. Rural Development and Environment & Biodiversity Conservation are causes he is passionate about.
He currently heads CSR for ASK Asset & Wealth Management which focuses on rural development projects through its CSR Arm ASK Foundation. He was responsible for setting up and scaling Employee Volunteering at CRISIL both nationally & internationally. He has also worked with United Way of Mumbai, Magic Bus India Foundation, Project Chirag, Project Swayam & SUTRA in various capacities.
He has done his Masters in Social Work from College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management from National Institute of Event Management. In his personal time, he pursues his hobbies of Music, Photography, Trekking and Reading.
Ashutosh Sharma
Ashutosh Sharma, a dedicated professional with over 10 years of experience ranging from technology to leading operations at a rural health-tech start-up, is a passionate advocate for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability.
As a GRI-certified sustainability professional, he currently manages a diverse client portfolio at Give Grants, offering comprehensive CSR advisory services. Ashutosh is also a co-founder of Humans of Volunteering, a platform dedicated to sharing inspiring volunteering journeys and fostering social change by making volunteering a national habit.
His multifaceted background reflects a commitment to creating a positive impact through innovative CSR strategies and promoting the transformative power of volunteerism in society.
Selva Ganapathy
Selva has volunteered with AID India from 2003 to 2018 and is currently working in the Climate Change and Community space in New Zealand. Selva is passionate about growing the volunteer community to build a better world.
Throughout his volunteer journey, Selva has been instrumental in mobilizing more than 10000 volunteers and has raised funds worth INR 200 million in India.
Selva's work pans across Education, Environment, Rights movements, Agriculture and Disaster relief. Selva was also awarded with iVolunteer's Volunteer Hero award in 2013.
Kuhoo Tiwari
Kuhoo [she/her] currently leads the People Power stream of work at One Future Collective. She has been associated with OFC for the past three years across different verticals and facilitated courses and training programs on Allyship and Queer Rights, Feminist Leadership, Feminist Lawyering and Mental Health, besides creating curriculum and conducting research on related topics. Kuhoo is also a Young India Fellow (2023) at Ashoka University, and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is an intersectional feminist, passionate about gender and social equity and an equitable access to opportunity. Kuhoo successfully worked on launching the Sanskari Girls Book Club Ambassador Program and has supported various consulting projects with organisations like Tactical Tech, Laudes Foundation and Transform Trade. She was also the research assistant on the Azim Premji Foundation supported research study, Civil Society Response to Domestic Violence during COVID-19. She possesses extensive facilitation experience and approaches the creation and sharing of knowledge from a praxis of care. Specifically with an emphasis on feminist leadership approaches, she has expertise in creating and sustaining leadership communities.
