Anudip's mission is to generate sustainable knowledge-economy livelihoods for poor youths and women through market alligned skills training. 

Project Background: Competitive research or competitive intelligence is a field of strategic research that specializes in the collection and analysis of information about other firms. It is an essential tactic for finding out what our competitors are doing, their offerings, best practices etc. For a brand, the primary goal by analyzing their competitors is to find out the strengths and weaknesses of their competition, so that the brand can make knowledgeable decisions about their own marketing strategies and avail any opportunities that is offered to them. The objective is to improve, diversify the course offerings of anudip and also to inculcate the best practices followed by other players in the segment. 

Market research analysts will perform research and gather data to help Anudip market its products or services. They will collect data and information using a variety of methods, such as interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market analysis surveys, public opinion polls, and literature reviews.

Objectives: 
• Conduct frequent market research to monitor target markets and analyse market value
• Map competitor activities and latest industry developments
• Track Social Media campaigns of competitors
• Collect, maintain and report weekly or monthly overall marketing stats as required
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and measure impacts of past campaigns

Should be at the level of a lead or, Manager. May or, may not have team management exerience. Could have also worked as an individual contributor. Mid or, senior management level. 
Strong mathematical, logical and analytical skills

Research methods.
Critical reviewing.
Documenting and reporting.
Accuracy.
Good organisational skills.
