Godrej_Beyond Mentoring
PROJECT INTRODUCTION:
‘Beyond Mentoring’ is a skill-based volunteering opportunity provided to the employees of Godrej. iVolunteer is glad to partner with Teach For India for the execution of the ‘Beyond Mentoring’ (pilot) project. iVolunteer and Teach For India have together identiifed 25 students who require mentoring and guidance. This pilot project will spread across three months (Jan – Mar 2020) and reach out to standard eleventh students from different streams of education of different colleges.
For this skill-based project, every volunteer will be assigned with one student. The volunteer in discussion with the assigned student will identify one or two areas (that need development) from the following list of soft skills and help/guide the student over the next few weeks.

TIME: As per the mutual understanding between the Godrej employees and the TFI students.
LOCATION: Preferably Godrej Office premises.
