About the organisation: iVolunteer delivers impact in 12 social development areas - Education, Poverty Alleviation, Environment, Health, HIV-AIDS, Gender Equality, Human Rights, Disability, Youth Welfare, Elderly Welfare, Child Welfare & Active Citizenship. It achieves its mission by working closely with these volunteers at one end and with organisations that work on these impact areas at the other end. Our Mission is to bring volunteers and organisations together to share time, skills and passion to promote India's social development. Project Background: We have recently launched an initiative names Tell a Story: Video. This is a simple initiative which gives people the opportunity to volunteer to record audio stories in vernacular languages for children aged 4 to 10 years throughout India. We have recieved multiple entries and would require help from a volunteer to listen to then and check if the content is age appropriate and good. Key Objective: We need a volunteer to help us with reviewing the content of the stories we recieve in Tamil, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Bengali etc. Skills Required: Anyone who can understand Indian laguages and loves to listen to stories. The volunteer must have access to interenet and a phone to listen to the stories. A volunteer who can speak any of the above mentioned Indian laguage can apply. Time Expectations: Depends on volunteers each story is an average of 5 mins.
