PARENTS DAY CELEBRATION WITH A FAMILY TREE ACTIVITY..
Being a parent is one of the biggest joys and responsibilities that cannot be described in words. All the love, care, affection, and hard work that parents put towards nurturing their kids is beyond comparison. Therefore, it is important to recognize the efforts and sacrifices of parents towards providing their kids with a healthy and balanced life.
July 26 is marked as National Parents Day. Thus, to celebrate Parents Day virtually we have come up with an amazing idea to celebrate Parents Day with your Kids by making a Family Tree. Isn't this Exciting??
Project Background:
Make a family tree with your child to teach him/ her about his/ her personal history! There’s no greater gift you can give your children than to teach them about their family history. With this fun craft, you can make a family tree by tracing your child’s own arm and attaching family member leaves. Strong and sturdy, like a true family, this tree will stand proud in any child’s room and remind him/ her of all the special people in his family. Make a family tree with your child to explore your family's personal history.
Materials Required:
1. Chart Paper/ A4 size plane paper or any plane paper
2. Family Photos
3. Glue
4. Sketch Pens
5. Colours/ Crayons
6. Pencil, eraser, scale
