Use your knowledge of Hindi to translate a website

About the Organisation: 

Swataleem works in the education sector. The Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya or KGBVs schools face a lot of challenges. KGBVs schools are residential schools specifically designed to provide education to minority girls in India. They are throughout the country in what is known as Educational Backward Blocks. Swataleem supports KGBVs in order to help improve the quality of education they offer. 

Project Description: The organisation works in Haryana and hence their beneficiaries and the people they work with are comfortable and fluent with Hindi being the local dialect. They want to showcase and explain the work they do to these participants. Hence, they are looking for volunteers who would help them translate their existing English website content into Hindi. 

Volunteer requirements: 

  1. Volunteer needs to be fluent in Hindi and English reading and writing
  2. Volunteer needs to be dedicated and understand how to use Hindi script online

Time Duration: around 2 weeks and 2 to 3 hours per week
