Empower Youth: Internship Opportunity at Lighthouse Centre in PCMC
Support Lighthouse Communities Foundation’s ongoing livelihood, education, and skill development programs by interning across their verticals such as community outreach, data management, training coordination, and communications.
Purpose:
To provide hands-on experience to interns in the development sector while strengthening Lighthouse's mission to enable holistic, sustainable, and inclusive growth among youth and marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in mobilizing youth and community members for various programs

Support documentation, reporting, and data entry tasks

Help with social media content creation and communication campaigns

Coordinate logistics and provide support during training sessions and workshops

Engage directly with beneficiaries for feedback and insights
Skills and Experience Required:

Passion for community development

Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite

Good communication skills (Marathi-speaking is a plus)

Willingness to travel locally
